The Ryan Cameron Foundation is dedicated to creating a healthy transition from childhood into adulthood with resources and programs designed to empower, inspire and encourage positive growth. In 2006, The Ryan Cameron Leadership Academy was created as an opportunity for youth to nurture, develop and enhance their talents and leadership skills.

The Leadership Academy is a life-changing program that focuses on academic development and life skills. The curriculum is based upon the seven modules: Public Speaking, College Prep, Responsible Citizenship, Arts/Self Expression and Self Realization, Financial Literacy, Leadership 101 and Etiquette. Leadership Academy is designed to follow participants step-by-step through high school and transition them into college not only utilizing the modules, but also with "Toolboxes" designed to assist them in some of life's most basic day-to-day essentials.
